# **Intelligent search engine for the capture and indexing of advanced documentation**

Grifols, a prominent company in the Ibex 35 and a global leader in the production of plasma-derived medicines, was facing the challenge of improving decision-making efficiency through more agile and effective document management. With a large amount of information scattered across various data sources, Grifols was seeking a solution that would allow quick and efficient access to these resources distributed throughout the organisation.

Challenge:

Grifols aimed to improve information management efficiency by needing quick and efficient access to a large volume of unstructured data scattered across various sources within the organisation. The challenge was to establish a unified and scalable system to access corporate information in a coherent manner.

### Solution:

To address this challenge, we proposed the implementation of an intelligent search engine based on cognitive technologies and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This solution enabled the efficient capture, aggregation, and indexing of documents, facilitating quick and easy access to relevant information across the company. Additionally, a scientific archive was integrated for the fast localisation of references to Grifols' products, further enhancing the efficiency of document management.
