Helios is a food business group with more than 120 years of history, specialising in the production and processing of jams and marmalades and fried tomato preserves and sauces.

The group is vertically integrated and allows the selection of the best raw materials from local cultivation to offer high quality products to the consumer.

Challenge:

Helios was looking to expand its reach and consolidate itself as a transversal food group. To this end, it asked Strategic Platform to define the Territory of Opportunity for the future and product categories that would strengthen its legitimacy and favour its evolution in the market.

Solution:

We developed the strategic product plan, creating new categories that broaden Helios' reach towards new consumption moments and targets. With this, we reinforced its positioning as a transversal food company, highlighting its commitment to natural, healthy and quality food.
