# Definition of the strategy for SMEs and their Digital Portal

Orange is a French multinational telecommunications company that provides global services in mobile telephony, fixed-line telephony, internet, mobile internet, and television services. The company’s objective was to transform its online business portal into a new market benchmark.

Challenge:

To enhance the satisfaction of its professional clients (SMEs) through a digital portal offering a simple and transparent proposition; defining the value proposition and identifying the optimal functionalities and user navigation experience.
