Legal basis: The processing of personal data in your application is based on the execution of a contract or the application of contractual measures (Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR).
Legality basis: On one hand, when you are not a user of our services, commercial communications will be carried out based on your given consent (article 6.1.a) GDPR). On the other hand, when you are or have been a user of our services, we will send commercial communications based on our legitimate interest (article 6.f) GDPR).
Legal basis: The processing of personal data for these purposes is carried out based on compliance with Lambda's legal obligations (article 6.1.c) of the GDPR).

Personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, as well as to retain your personal information in compliance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, especially in relation to the legal prescription deadlines, and for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims, always remaining blocked.

Child use policy. Our services are exclusively aimed at adults. In this sense, we do not intentionally collect information from minors. Personal data of third parties: If the provided personal data belongs to a third party, you guarantee that you have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this privacy policy, and have obtained their consent to provide us with their data for the purposes outlined in this document.
Specially protected data. Lamda will not collect or process personal data revealing ethnic or racial origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data aimed at uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or sex life, or sexual orientation.
