Simulation of widow's

pensions using Generative AI

CASS (Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social) is the institution responsible for social security in Andorra. Founded in 1968, its main objective is to manage the health coverage and social benefits systems for residents and workers in the country. It is financed mainly through contributions from workers, employers and the self-employed, which cover health, disability, retirement, unemployment and other benefits.

Challenge:

To provide the CASS team with an AI-assisted tool that generates proposals for the resolution of widow's pensions. The solution must be able to streamline the analysis and resolution process based on contributors data.

Solution:

Web service that, from an Excel file with the details of the applicant and the deceased, it's able to inform the type of pension that would correspond, indicating the amount and duration. It also generates the official resolution documents in PDF and Word format.
