Grestel is a Portuguese company specialising in the manufacture of high quality tableware and accessories made of fine stoneware. Among the different brands under which Grestel operates in international markets is Costa Nova, a premium brand noted for its durability, innovative design and functionality.

They contacted us because, after a strong investment in industrial infrastructures, they needed a new commercial strategy that would turn Costa Nova into a world reference in the manufacture and commercialisation of tableware ceramics.

Define the commercial strategy for Grestel's brands, exploiting their differential values, amortising industrial investments and preparing the company for accelerated and globalised growth that will enable it to quadruple its turnover in 5 years.
