Optimizing the veterinary diagnostic service, which is currently a non-automatic process highly reliant on specialized visual inspection. The goal was to enhance the efficiency of the diagnostic process to reduce associated costs, increase capacity, and therefore improve vaccine sales for the detected diseases.

Solution:

We developed an AI platform aimed at diagnosing diseases based on pictures.

We fine-tune and train visual recognition algorithms to diagnose specific diseases. Additionally, we integrated the algorithms on a mobile application that allows real-time diagnosis based on photographs taken with the mobile device, providing affordable pre-diagnoses to unqualified staff.

This solution not only increased the number of diagnoses, but also opened new business opportunities, such as subscription services, and strengthened the brand's image as an innovative leader in the sector.
