Design and implementation of an adaptive, flexible and customisable workplace that integrates with other corporate tools (Microsoft Teams) and operates on a multi-device level.

Implementation of a Virtual Assistant as a new channel of communication and incident resolution that allowed a 65% reduction in queries to the Systems Department.
