The industrial group specialized in the iron and steel metallurgical sector is considering how to strengthen the development of its business through its divisions, by introducing Open Innovation strategies and by establishing relationships with startups. In this context, we collaborate with Tubacex in defining its corporate diversification process.​

Challenge:

Identifying new business opportunities by maximizing Tubacex's internal knowledge and collaborating and/or acquiring complementary external knowledge.​

Solution:

Definition of Tubacex's corporate accelerator in an Open Innovation environment along with a first pipeline of organic and inorganic opportunities, as well as the definition of governance for their management.​
