About our relationship with VGED

For over a decade, we have been providing services to VGED and its brands, allowing us to deeply understand their ecosystem, processes, and the needs they had.

VGED is a group with diverse functions, such as commercializing, manufacturing, providing financial services, and developing services. Consequently, numerous systems participate in each part of these various processes, each with different technologies, resulting in a highly complex architecture.

Therefore, we always aim to ensure that when addressing a need, efforts are not solely focused on finding the technical solution but also on considering the impact of each possible decision on all systems and processes involved, thereby achieving the most valuable outcome.

In our relationship with VGED, we have collaborated on projects that directly impact the daily management of dealerships and agencies, and therefore, the group's overall results.

We have participated in projects such as defining and implementing the CRM, digitalizing commercial management at the point of sale, providing training and coaching, adapting processes and systems to the agency sales and aftersales model, supporting CRM and integrated systems for the Network and NSC from level 1 to level 3, and developing the system for managing Network objectives, among others.
