EUDE Business School (Escuela Europea de Dirección y Empresa) is a business school based in Madrid, specialising in postgraduate training in areas such as business administration, marketing, human resources and international trade. It offers both face-to-face and online master's and master's programmes, aimed at training professionals with a practical and global vision of today's business environment.

Challenge:

To help students by providing them with information on master's degree content and support in administrative or guidance tasks, in addition to providing a more personalised and real-time accompaniment.

Solution:

Develop an intelligent assistant with which students can request information in an easy, intuitive and integrated way, using Generative AI on documentation related to EUDE master's degrees.

Impact:

It reduces the time spent by professors to solve repetitive queries, automatically adding new content to EUDE's document repository.

It creates a communication and feedback channel with the student.
