To maximise the “Smart Banking” concept, EVO focused on defining and developing a platform of associated services and products (the “Smart Account”) through an omnichannel strategy aimed at boosting customer acquisition and loyalty
We developed, implemented, and maximised the “Smart Banking” philosophy and the various banking products that embody it (including smart credit, smart accounts and mortgages, financial coaching, etc.) by segmenting customer groups according to their attitudes towards money. Based on these insights, we established tailored acquisition and loyalty pathways for each target audience.
