The toy sector has undergone an accelerated transformation in recent years: falling birth rates, changes in consumer habits, new competitor profiles and the emergence of online commerce have redefined the rules of the market.

In this context, Toy Planet, one of the leading retail brands in Spain, needed to evolve its strategy to increase its profitability and consolidate its position as a national benchmark in the sector.

 

Challenge:

Toy Planet debía redefinir su estrategia global para adaptarse a los cambios del mercado y garantizar un crecimiento sostenible. El desafío iba más allá de optimizar operaciones: requería crear una relación con el cliente que limitara la estacionalidad, fortalecer su propuesta de valor y desarrollar un modelo de negocio capaz de competir en un entorno cada vez más digitalizado.

Solution:

From Strategic Platform, we worked on defining a new positioning and identifying a territory of opportunity, evolving the brand from an efficiency-based approach to a model focused on consumer needs.

This resulted in the creation of a Strategic Plan 2021-2024, with a comprehensive vision that covered everything from product and service offerings, brand policy and omnichannel, to shop format and investment in growth and innovation.
