BSH has established home appliance brands worldwide, such as Bosch, Siemens, and Gaggenau, in addition to its local brand, Balay. They offer consumers digital services and sustainable solutions to improve their daily lives.
Through global coordination, we were able to define the attributes to be leveraged as a Mediterranean brand, led by Balay, at the industrial and graphic design level for all marketed products, integrating these references into the production strategies and optimizing the group's production centres.
The challenge was to define a product line with its own design, technologically compatible with the BSH group brands, and capable of being used across all the BSH brands that are key players in the Mediterranean market.
We created an opportunity territory "For a more comfortable world," giving a sense of belonging to the new product ranges (focused on ease of use); improving the brand's positioning in the Mediterranean markets and contributing to the positioning of BSH Spain as one of the three reference countries for the group.
