Digitalization - Servitization.

Danobat is the largest Spanish manufacturer of machine tools and one of the most important in the equipment goods sector, an industry where knowledge is materialized through machines and whose business model is based on their sales.

Challenge:

Increase the capacity for penetration and recurrence associated with the sale of equipment and enhance customer engagement and knowledge. Structuring of the service area of Danobat, using the capabilities offered by digitization, with the aim of creating a new business unit that monetizes the company's knowledge beyond the product.

Solution:

We defined a "monetizable" service offering and created the necessary processes and tools for the development, marketing, and operation of five different service programs. These programs range from managing the machine's lifecycle globally to optimization programs, startup, financing, and turnkey project development.
