Daufood, owner of the Master Franchise Domino's Pizza in different European countries, began their journey in Portugal in 2015. They are known for offering a quality product and the best service.
The company needed to be able to meet the growing demand from consumers to streamline and personalize the process of placing an order.
Daufood was looking for a solution that would allow customers to place orders quickly and personalized, while improving operational efficiency and increasing the average ticket value.
We implemented self-service kiosks and an app for the Call Center agents. With the kiosks, we provide customers with the opportunity to place orders at their own pace and customize their selections. This led to the elimination of queues, reduced waiting times, and increased average sale ticket through upselling and cross-selling.
Additionally, through the application, we were able to automate the process of distributing orders to the stores closest to the customer. Both solutions became an essential tool in the group's stores.
