Daufood, which owns the Domino's Pizza Master Franchise in several European countries, began operating in Portugal in 2015. They stand out for offering a quality product and excellent service. 

 

Need:

The company needed to respond to growing consumer demand for a more agile and personalised ordering process. 

Challenge

Improve the customer shopping experience by creating and defining the segments (clusters) to which they belong in order to activate retail format strategies. Obtain up-to-date data on shopping habits. 

Solution

We introduced self-service kiosks which made it possible to significantly reduce queues and waiting times, giving customers time to reflect and therefore facilitating upselling and cross-selling.
