Multichannel Strategy

Kave Home is a Spanish company dedicated to the design and sale of furniture and home accessories. It specializes in offering contemporary and functional design products, seeking to combine style and quality at affordable prices.

Their need:

The furniture sector is changing due to the entry of large international chains that offer good design at affordable prices, as well as native digital players.
This context, Kave Home, needs to rethink its business model, aware of the evolution of the sector and assessing the potential of digital business.

Their challenge:

Adapt the business model to the new omnichannel attitude of the buyer: showroom + e-retail; and leveraging the experience of the B2B e-platform, create the e-retail (B2C) so that it can coexist with its international franchises.

Solution:

We structured the business model to integrate the physical and digital channels, focusing on B2B and B2C. To achieve this, we prioritized markets based on e-commerce development, market maturity level, and demand growth. Additionally, we leveraged online market intelligence to create showrooms tailored to the context and defined commercial formats to maximize the business potential of different product categories.
