Generali needed to have a new agile channel for training as well as an environment that promoted content consumption.
We needed to develop a solution that maximized the impact of product knowledge and sales technique in selling and retaining products to their clients, integrated into the Gener@ platform developed and managed by us.
We define, develop, and support in the adoption of the intelligent content recommendation solution based on the commercial performance of agents through the conversational assistant Leonardo, which incorporates the latest Generative AI technologies to support in the knowledge and commercialization of Generali products. With over 139,000 hours of training annually and 5,500 attendees, Gener@ has reduced management efforts and the number of impacts directed at the company's commercial network by 40%.
