Creation of a new
product category

Shad, a brand belonging to the NAD Group with 50 years of experience, is currently the world's leading manufacturer of seats, cases and accessories for motorbikes. Shad develops, produces and markets its products from its headquarters in Barcelona. 

Challenge:

To develop SHAD's diversification strategy with the aim of extending its offer to the bicycle sector, creating a new product category that takes advantage of all the brand's experience in the manufacture of panniers and accessories for motorbikes.

Solution:

We defined the new product category and its adaptation to different commercial channels, markets and targets. We carried out the integral development covering the strategic product plan, marketing strategy and the conceptualisation and design of the new product families.
