The objective is to increase the volume of purchases and own-brand products, enabling a more effective amortisation of investments while enhancing its appeal and negotiating power with suppliers.
To attract distributors and retailers in Spain through a proactive and consultative sales model, leveraging Worten’s assets and capabilities, along with its own brands, to maximise business opportunities and increase volume.
We developed a proactive commercial approach model for engaging with distributors and retailers in Spain, based on Worten’s product and service assets. This involved identifying the sales channels with the highest potential and their key decision-makers.
We built a tailored offering to meet the needs of each channel, creating sales pitches and commercial presentations, and managing negotiations between stakeholders through to the finalisation of agreements.
