Definition of retail formats from a technological

point of view

Desigual is a Spanish company in the fashion industry that is characterised by its uniqueness. The company is present in 109 countries around the world where it sells its collections for women, men, children, accessories, sportswear and shoes, through different distribution channels such as its own shops, multi-brand points of sale, department store corners, its website desigual.com, and other online channels.

 

Challenge:

To improve the shopping experience of customers through more effective operations, creating and defining the segments (clusters) to which they belong in order to activate different retail format strategies. Also obtain up-to-date and reliable data on shopping habits.

Solution:

We created a solution that directly impacted the management policies of national and international points of sale, detecting and correcting data inconsistencies obtained in daily operations to enable groupings and differentiated management by clusters.
