Using our own methodology based on Design Thinking, we defined the indicators for achieving the objectives. These are applied in a scorecard together with the initiative's management tool.
Creation of a Scorecard to explore and analyse data in anautonomous and simplified way. After identifying 10 key indicators to focus on priority areas, this tool facilitated communication between the HR department and employees.
