CELLNEX is a Spanish multinational with a presence in 16 countries and thousands of employees and partners that leads the European telecommunications infrastructure market. They manage more than 130.000 towers and their respective sites.
Challenge:
They require efficient and comprehensive management of the entire life cycle of employees and collaborators: registration, modification and termination.
As for the towers, they require a system for online and up-to-date consultation and analysis of all key business assets.
Solution:
The implementation and deployment of a platform for the decentralised management of people and a tower control panel was carried out, which allows immediate consultation of any characteristic and status of the towers, improving efficiency.
In terms of towers/sites, the strategic objective of asset management has been met.
